Terms and Conditions of Shah Corporate Chauffeurs Ltd

1. Booking and Payment
– All bookings will be prepared and confirmed upon receipt of payment or credit card details.
– We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

2. Waiting Time Charges
– Local Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time will be allowed. Any additional waiting time will be charged at £30 per hour.
– Station Pickups: 30 minutes of free waiting time will be allowed. Any additional waiting time will be charged at £30 per hour, plus car park fees.
– Airport Pickups: 1 hour of free waiting time will be allowed after flight landing. Any additional waiting time will be charged at £30 per hour, plus car park fees.

3. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellation Fees: 50% of the total fare will be applied as cancellation charges if cancelled within 5 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
– No Refund: No refund will be given for cancellations made within 5 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
– Full Refund: Full refund will be given if cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

4. General Terms
– We will not be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.
– We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

5. Acceptance
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
