Waiting time refers to the additional minutes your chauffeur waits beyond the standard grace period. For local pickups, this is calculated from the scheduled pickup time, while for airport transfers it begins from the actual flight landing time. Any extra waiting will be charged in line with our tariff, and full details can be found in our Price List or confirmed through our customer support team.
If passengers are not ready to depart within the complimentary waiting time, additional waiting charges may apply. These charges are calculated based on the delay in departure from the agreed collection point and are outlined clearly in our Price List.
If your flight is delayed by more than 90 minutes while the allocated driver is already on the way or at the pickup location, extra waiting charges will apply. The first 90 minutes of in-air delay are complimentary, but any additional delay beyond this will incur waiting time fees as per our Price List.
We value punctuality and always strive to provide the best service possible. If your journey is completed, we do not typically offer refunds for delays. However, in cases where the Meet and Greet service is not performed on time, we may offer a discretionary refund of £10, depending on the circumstances.
For standard address collections, we provide up to 15 minutes of free waiting time. For airport and major port or cruise terminal pickups with Meet and Greet service, you’ll receive up to 30 minutes of free waiting time and parking, starting from the scheduled pickup time.
For airport pickups, we calculate the scheduled pickup time by adding the selected hold-off period (time frame) to the last known estimated arrival time of your inbound flight. This ensures your driver is ready to meet you at the most appropriate time, based on your flight’s expected landing.
