At Shah Corporate Chauffeurs Ltd, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To make the process smooth and fair for our clients, we have a clear refund and cancellation policy:
More than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time: You will receive a 95% refund (a 5% processing fee applies).
Between 24 and 3 hours before pickup time: 70% of the fare will be refunded (30% cancellation charge).
Between 3 hours and up to the scheduled pickup time: 50% of the fare will be refunded.
After the driver has been dispatched, or in case of a no-show/double booking: The full fare (100%) will be charged.
All prepaid bookings will be refunded within 5 working days from the date of cancellation.

with your booking reference and reason for cancellation, or contact our operations team by phone.
We recommend finalizing or cancelling your booking at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges.
