I regularly travel for work. About a month ago I had a business trip to. Stockholm. I had to be there early in the day becaus3 of planned meetings. This resulted in me having to book a taxi from Blackheath to terminal 2 at Heathrow, leaving home at around 2am on a Sunday night. You can imagine my mood at the time. For all Airport Pickups meet and greet service is included in the price. Our chauffeur will wait in designated area in arrivals hall with a name board. Information about chauffeur / vehicle will be sent to you prior to the journey for easy communication.
At Shah Corporate Chauffeurs Ltd, we always strive to provide punctual and reliable service. However, in rare cases where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control — such as heavy traffic, adverse weather, or mechanical issues — we cannot be held liable for any resulting inconvenience or missed connections.
Our team and chauffeurs will always make every reasonable effort to inform you promptly and minimise any delay to your journey.
At Shah Corporate Chauffeurs Ltd, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation Requests
Customers may cancel their booking by contacting our operations team via email or phone, quoting the booking reference number.
Cancellations can also be made directly through the customer app.
Refund Eligibility
More than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: A 95% refund will be issued (5% processing fee applies).
Between 24 and 3 hours before pickup: 70% refund will be issued (30% cancellation charge).
Between 3 hours and the scheduled pickup time: 50% refund will be issued.
After the journey has commenced or for no-shows: No refund will be provided, and 100% of the fare will be charged.
Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for booking.
Special Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen situations (e.g., emergencies or unexpected delays), each case will be reviewed individually by our management team.
Double bookings or failure to inform our team of a cancellation before the pickup time will result in a full charge.
Scheduled pickup time is defined by the customer at the time of placing the booking and it is based on actual landing time. All Airport Pickups are inclusive of 30 minutes of waiting and parking time. This starts at the time of scheduled pickup time. Scheduled pickup time is set individually by the customer and it is usually set from 30 minutes up to 120 minutes after scheduled landing time – depends on origin, amount of luggage and passengers.
As during very busy periods we might be fully booked, we strongly advise to book your journeys in advance to avoid unavailable vehicles from our end. This will give us enough time to advice you and arrange required transfer with one of our partner drivers.
